MOK no.1

Late 2020 was a turbulent time in my life, a time filled with grief and confusion. I turn to creativity in good times and bad, and this time, with black porcelain as my medium, I created the MIZU series of vessels as a way to channel my feelings into something tangible. "Mizu" is Japanese for water, and this collection is a representation of the fluid lines, force, and stillness found in the sea surrounding my native Hong Kong.
